The Media Sales Institute (MSI) is a ten-day, intense training program developed by Personal Selling Principles (PSP) for graduating college or university seniors who are passionately interested in pursuing a career in media sales. The curriculum is designed to provide an entree into media sales for talented students of diverse backgrounds.

The MSI was created to address the media industry's challenge of ensuring a diverse workforce representative at all levels. Over 90% of senior management in media today is from sales.In order to meet this challenge the industry needs a large base of qualified and diverse candidates.
